Terms and conditions of the agreement between you and holidaytrendz.co.uk is a trading name of Mayfair Escapes Limited, whose registered address is Suite 418 Legacy Centre Hanworth Trading Estate, Hampton Road West, Feltham, England, TW13 6DH and registration number 17022044.
Most airline tickets carry a 100% cancellation charge. Please check at the time of booking. Refundable tickets, if applicable, must be returned to us for processing. Refunds are issued once received from the airline, which may take 8–12 weeks or longer in some cases.
Airlines may change or cancel flights; while we act as an agent, we will provide reasonable assistance. Additional airline services such as baggage, seating, meals, and entertainment may incur extra charges payable directly to the airline.
A package holiday consists of transport, accommodation, or other tourist services sold together at an inclusive price. A contract is formed once booking is confirmed and payment is received. If acting as agent, your contract is with the supplier.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings or pass on supplier price increases. Phone bookings may incur additional fees.
You confirm that you are authorised to make bookings on behalf of all passengers in your party.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
You must provide accurate information and ensure payment details are valid. Confirmation will be sent once booking is accepted and payment received.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee all prices and information are error-free. Prices may change without notice and availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges depend on timing:
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. Deposits are required at booking; balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
Cancellation charges depend on the airline's policy and the fare type purchased. Some fares are non-refundable. Name changes are not permitted. Some tickets may be non-changeable or incur full cancellation charges. Please contact us for specific terms relating to your booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates.
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, war, or industrial disputes.
Any issues must be reported immediately during travel and within 28 days of return for formal complaints.
Your information may be used to process bookings, prevent fraud, and provide services. It may be shared with relevant suppliers or authorities as required.
E-tickets are issued where possible. Paper tickets may be sent by post when required.
Airline baggage policies vary and additional charges may apply.
This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
